Refund Policy for Upsurge

All the offerings (courses, mentorships, guidance calls, PRO subscriptions) under Upsurge.club are non-refundable, and we firmly believe in the quality and value of the services we provide.

However, refunds are applicable only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • 7-Days Completion & Satisfaction Guarantee (Selected Courses Only)
    • For selected courses, if a learner completes the entire course within 7 days of purchase and feels the course did not meet their expectations, they will be eligible for a 100% refund.
    • The course must be fully completed within 7 days.
    • The request must be raised within this 7-Days window.
    • This applies only to courses explicitly marked as eligible for this guarantee.
    • Upsurge reserves the right to verify course completion and usage data before processing the refund.
  • Platform Access Issues

    If course access is not granted due to a platform glitch despite successful payment, and the issue remains unresolved for 7 working days after raising a complaint, the customer will be eligible for a refund.

  • Duplicate Payments

    If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same offering, the duplicate amount will be refunded through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.

  • Coupon Code Not Applied

    If a customer misses applying a coupon code, no refund shall be applicable for the difference in price.

  • Event Cancellations

    In case an event is cancelled by Upsurge.club, all eligible participants will be entitled to a refund.

Please note that no refund will be processed unless one of the above conditions is met.

All approved refund claims will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval by Upsurge.club.
